Even though you are facing some difficulties during your time as an educator such as dealing with the student’s parents, student’s misbehaviours, lecturing from your boss and so on, all you need to do is stay positive. Always be grateful for what you have in your life, including your career as an educator. Nothing beats a teacher for you are the reasons for more educated people have become success in their life. Love what you do in your life because if you do not, it is meaningless to take that job in the first place.

4. Spend quality time in Faith
There are always been a good connection between religion and positive mental health such as meditation, prayer, or deep breathing where these activities can reduce stress from working. Stress and pressure during working days can be reduce when we are meditate or praying alone where our minds are not focusing on the hectic and overloaded works.
